Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our clothing, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you receive a defective item, it would be our pleasure to exchange it for you for an identical new item of the same size and color.
Customer is responsible to pay return shipping to the warehouse. OverTheBoardwalk will cover shipping of the replacement item back to the customer. You may exchange items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate including bathing suits.
Returns/Refunds
Due to the custom nature of decals, we cannot offer refunds on purchase. Please refer to size charts prior to placing an order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
